  • Ordering out of stock items. (Pre-order)
    In order to accomodate everyone who wants to start #LivingInAndi, we have decided to accept pre-orders. Pre-order items are stocks which are not on hand, therefore we have a 1-2 week waiting period. Before ordering, please read the regulations: 1. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout. 2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations, but if you decide to change your mind we will issue you store credit valid for one year. 3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date, so we cannot 100% guarantee products will be available in 2 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available, earlier or later than scheduled. If there is any delay in your order, we will notify you 2 days before your scheduled shipping date. 4. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, in stock items will be shipped when your order is complete. If you would like to recieve your in stock orders before the pre-ordered items are available, kindly email Please note that there will be an adititional cost of 100 Php for Metro Manila orders and 150 for Provincial orders, to be settled by the buyer. 5.     How do I order? We process orders coursed through our official website. Add items to your cart, follow the checkout process, settle your payment, and send payment receipt to We will send you an official invoice once we process your payment. Holding of items? We will hold and reserve your order/s for a maximum of 2 business days in order to accommodate other interested customers. Please make sure to settle your payment as soon as you place your order on our site to avoid losing it. If you wish to extend your reservation, please get in touch with us at and we would gladly accomodate you. Do you allow meet-ups or pick-ups? Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we no longer accept meet-ups or pick-ups for your safety.

Orders are processed once we have sent the offical invoice. Local Shipping? Metro Manila: Php100 inclusive of insurance, 1-5 business days after payment Provincial: Php 150 inclusive of insurance, 3-7 business days after payment Orders/payments received after 12nn (GMT+8) will be shipped the next business day.     Exchanges Given the current challenges related to COVID-19, we are taking all steps necessary to ensure the safety of our customers and our employees. We have temporarily halted the returns and exchanges because it is more challenging to manage while adhering to our safety practices. We understand that pausing returns causes a temporary inconvenience but we believe it is critical that we focus on safety first and do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19 in our communities. Orders that have not been processed within 10 days after recieving the payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund. Items will not be shipped out to the buyer.
